Q: When will I receive my refund after cancelling my order?

A: For Cash on Delivery orders, there will be no refund since no payment was made. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, the refund will be initiated into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming Puvabne wallet balance, the refund will be initiated into the Puvabne wallet within a day of order cancellation.
